The company has built three core business segments: CNC machining, vacuum brazing, and vacuum diffusion welding. It can undertake 3/4/5-axis multi-directional milling, high-precision turning, deep hole drilling, EDM wire cutting and other precision machining businesses, and is equipped with a three-coordinate measurement system and a spectrum analyzer to achieve full-dimensional quality control. 5-axis CNC machining

5-axis CNC machining achieves high-precision machining of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped parts through multi-axis linkage, completes multi-faceted cutting in one clamping, greatly reduces process switching and manual intervention, and improves efficiency and consistency.

Its advantages include: high precision (micrometer-level error control), complex geometry processing (precision parts such as aerospace blades and medical devices), shortened cycle (reduced clamping time and scrap rate), excellent surface quality (continuous cutting reduces joints), and supports lightweight design and efficient use of materials.

It is suitable for high-value-added industries such as automobiles and energy, and helps upgrade intelligent manufacturing and optimize costs.

Three-coordinate detection

The principle of three-coordinate detection is to establish a three-dimensional coordinate system, use a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to inspect and measure the shape and position tolerance of the workpiece, and determine whether the error of the workpiece is within the tolerance range.

The model and performance configuration of our three-coordinate measuring machine are as follows:

The specific process of our company’s three-coordinate detection is coordinate system establishment、programming、motion control、 probe measurement、data acquisition、 and data processing,which can realize high-precision measurement of geometric parameters such as length, diameter, angle, flatness, roundness, and cylindricity of parts.

Precision Grinding
