Whether the cleaning before welding is in place, the rationality of the fixture design, the appropriate brazing temperature and insulation time, and the accuracy of post-welding inspection.
Repair welding is allowed for vacuum brazing, but the number of repair welding for Class I and Class II joints shall not exceed two times, and the number of repair welding for Class III joints shall not exceed three times; at the same time, the original vacuum brazing process should be used for repair welding. When repair welding is performed by argon arc welding and other methods, it should be submitted to the customer for process approval.
